Exceptional Staff and Artistic Ambiance
I was thoroughly impressed with the outstanding service, especially from the staff who went above and beyond to make our stay special. The hotel's art-centric environment created a gorgeous backdrop for our romantic getaway, and the spacious and well-appointed room made it feel even more luxurious. One thing to improve would be ensuring all requested amenities arrive promptly.

Had an awesome time with friends checking out the Bruce Wood Dance performances and dining at Ellie's. The hotel is stunning with art everywhere, and our room was spacious and super clean! Close to lots of attractions, making it easy to explore. 10/10 would recommend!
I had an issue with the TV in the room. it didn’t work well initially, and maintenance took longer than expected to arrive. I was disappointed, but overall it didn’t overshadow the great experience.

Had an awesome time with my friends! We checked out the beautiful art and really enjoyed the splendid atmosphere. We also visited Ellie's for dinner, which had a pre-fixe menu that was perfect for a night out. The staff was super accommodating and let us check in early, which was a huge plus!
However, I had an issue with room service taking longer than expected, which added some frustration to our stay. It would have been great if that could be improved.

During our stay, we enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere and professional service. The in-room dining was delicious, and the location was perfect for walking to Klyde Warren Park. However, while the pool area was nice, it felt a bit small and underwhelming compared to what we expected. Overall, we had a pleasant experience, and the staff truly made our stay special.

Staying at Hall Arts felt like living inside a contemporary art exhibit where even the elevators were part of the installation! The spacious room was as luxurious as a five-course meal served by a Michelin star chef. Plus, that tub with a view of the Dallas skyline made bath time feel like a spa day without the guilty conscience of skipping the gym.
